This along with our expert training staff, professionally prepared training materials, and a well paced training agenda, ensures that your staff receives the training they need to make the most of your ClinPlus software.
DZS expert trainers lead participants in cultivating best practices for ClinPlus and other industry standard software. Software training also uncovers valuable tips and lessons to enhance user productivity and confidence not only for our products and workflows, but also touches on medical writing and coding and other quality review processes, CDISC and ICH guidelines, and NDA submission formats.
Each session is completely customizable for each individual client's needs and time constraints and can be hosted onsite at the client's facility, DZS HQ Training Center. Half day courses can be conducted online via Webex as required.
Most software training runs one or two days on basic features and functions and is scheduled at the time of initial implementation. Attendees usually include users and managers, as well as other key staff involved in the use, administration or oversight of clinical data (e.g., physicians, project managers, etc.). Hands-on instruction and tutorials are all done by a DZS Specialist/Trainer.
The curriculum covers menus, toolbars and icons; desktop personalization; general navigation; data collection forms; data entry and editing; basic data mining; and patient grouping.
Our ClinPlus Report curriculum covers essential SAS analysis and reporting, including individual patient profiling; and cross tabulations.
